Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • GPOWR offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please note, there is a 10% re-stock fee unless you have received a product that was defective upon arrival and that is confirmed by us once we receive the computer back.

  • GPOWR reserves the right to cancel an order if it suspected for fraud.

  • GPOWR does not offer returns on Intel motherboards or AMD processors with bent pins.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

  • GPOWR will send you an email once we have received your return.

  • GPOWR will not offer returns/refunds on products that have been used heavily.

Domestic (US) Orders

  • Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment.

  • Please be aware that your order may be processed on the following business day after you check out.

  • Domestic shipments are sent via standard UPS, USPS, or FedEx service.

  • Standard shipping service may not be available to some addresses. Additional charges may apply.

  • We do not provide expedited shipping or order processing.

  • GPOWR will not ship to PO boxes.


  • We warranty all of the original parts in your system for two years.

  • We do not charge for labor for repairs or services or phone support.

  • If necessary, GPOWR may swap a component to fix the issue.

  • GPOWR is not responsible for any damages caused by internal or external equipment that is not installed by GPOWR.

  • GPOWR is not responsible for damage caused by abnormal use.

  • GPOWR is not responsible for any shortages caused by components, not from GPOWR.

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear.

  • GPOWR covers damages to the PC on the original shipment. 

  • In order for your PC to be eligible for warranty, the PC must not have been tampered with (including user modification such as adding your own custom water cooling, etc.).

  • When will my order ship?
    Assuming your order is in stock, your order will be shipped 24 hours upon successful payment.
  • What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
    All of our orders are shipped with insurance whether it be FedEx, UPS or USPS. We will contact the carrier of choice and file a claim with them, upon completion of the claim your order will be refunded or replaced.
  • How long does it take for me to recieve my order?
    After your order has shipped it will depend on the carrier. We ship from Hartsdale, NY.
  • Can I return my computer if I don't want it anymore?
    Computers can be returned within 30 calender days, however you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
